Our Promise

Every Calixthenia piece is made to order with care. If your item arrives with any issue, reach out and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or whatever it takes to fix it.

When We've Got You Covered

If your order arrives with any of the following, we'll take care of it at no cost to you:

  • The item is damaged on arrival
  • There's a printing or production defect
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size (different from what you ordered)
  • The package was damaged in transit

How to Reach Us

If anything's off with your order, the fastest way to solve it is to send us a quick message. We'll guide you through every step from there.

  1. Email us at support@calixthenia.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a short description of what happened.
  3. Attach photos of the item (and the packaging if damaged in transit) so we can review it quickly.
  4. We'll get back to you with the next step — usually a replacement, a refund, or whatever solution works best for you.

A Note on Sizing

Since each piece is crafted on demand specifically for you, we're not able to process exchanges or returns based on personal preference or sizing.

To make sure you get the perfect fit, check our size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you're between sizes or have any doubt, just email us before buying — we'll help you choose.
