Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Made to order: Each item is crafted after your purchase. Typical production time is 2–7 business days before dispatch.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. We ship across Europe and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier availability, customs procedures, weather, peak seasons or other circumstances outside our control.

Once we transfer the package to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipment fees may apply.

If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under our Refund & Return Policy.
